Installed 4.0.2 and roms not working

You can also try the retroarch core option for enhanced resolution. May be too slow in some games though.

So, I'm also in the situation that none of the emulators I am interested in are available pre-installed.
However, I run a network-less zero. Is there a way to download a local cache of the repository for the setup script to install from? Can't seem to find any info on that in the wiki...Thanx,
Lars -
No - you will need to get a ethernet / wireless dongle for the initial setup (or set it up on a another raspberry pi)
-
Not even "hand loading" the sd-card (I'm on Linux, so I have full access to the sd-card partitions from my laptop)?
-
you could do it from an emulated arm chroot on linux, by mounting the sdcard and chrooting to it (using qemu).
-
Thanx for the tip, I'll try that!

@ktoft I belive there is an error in the string displayed on the retropie dashboard. Instead of maybe telling how many emulators that is installed it says "13 games available". But no games are available after a clean install with the 4.0 image. This puzzled me for a long while as well and led me to belive that there was something wrong with the navigation. Last time I installed retropie it was 3.. something.. and then there where a few games bundled.
Please fix so that it does not say "13 games available" after a clean install when there is infact no games available :).

@Warshi See https://cloud.githubusercontent.com/assets/10035308/16217874/c6bbdb3a-3734-11e6-998f-8cc714a320ce.png as an example. Should it state "13 emulators availble" here?
-
@Warshi no. Really it means 13 retropie menu entries. I might hide this text on retropie menu in the future. But it's just cosmetic, and the install instructions explains what to do

@Warshi This puzzled me for a long while as well! Where are those games!? I'm glad you mentioned this here.
