In order to help you, you'll need to supply the information requested below.

@mediamogul sorry it took me a while to find my post
Raspberry pi 3
Usb devices : wireless logitec keyboardand mouse snes control
Retropie pre installed 32 gb micro sd card from loverpi
Any other information you need you wil have to tell me how to get -
@morbidpyro No-one should be selling RetroPie pre-installed. The RetroPie image includes software that has non commercial licences.
Because we have no way of knowing how it was modified, you need to download/install a fresh image from this site to get support here (or ask the seller for help).. see https://retropie.org.uk/docs/First-Installation/

@BuZz i think i would need a computer for that
-
@morbidpyro you will.
-
@BuZz do you think i can do it with one of those noobs sd cards in my pi
-
@morbidpyro you technically could write the card on the RPI with noobs, if you have a usb microsd card read/writer and 1gb free disk space on the noobs install. However it will require some knowledge of linux to do it.
Or find a friend with a PC ?
-
Alternatively you can ask the vendor who sold you retropie for help with it. They are profiting from selling it, so should be fine with providing support. Cheers.

@BuZz yea i dont know any thing about linux except people that are smart with computers prefer it . Im trying to get in contact with then i cant get a response from loveRPI.I bought the whole starter kit with the control s heat sink and everything
