FDS System... Worked then stopped working

So, i set up a new image of 3.7 yesterday (Pi3, 64gb Samsung EVO Micro SD, Zero Delay Encoder)
Got my roms copied over and scraped, and all was good.
Played a few of the FDS games and all working fine.
Powered down and when i came back to it later non of the FDS games are working (but all others are)
Nothing in the runcommand log in the tmp directory, and nothing has changed. The game just goes back to the menu / list.
Any ideas, or where to start looking.

Ensure that the FDS bios file disksys.rom is still in your /home/pi/RetroPie/BIOS and ensure you are using the Nestopia core to play as this is the only one that supports FDS.

Is sill there and the correct emulator is selected.
I'm at a loss as it was working before the reboot.

What is in
/tmp/runcommand.logafter launch ?
