Black Bars on Top and Bottom with Fresh 3.7 Image

I am using a fresh 3.7 image (Raspberry Pi 2)and the resolution doesn't seem to be 1920x1080. There are narrow black bars at the top and bottom (not left and right). They show up on the emulation station screen and the carbon gui. I haven't upgraded since 3.2.1, which on a fresh install fit my screen properly.

I changed my tv input and it is not doing it anymore. Must have been a setting on my tv.
I had black bars on all 4 sides. Then after enabling overscan, it would seem that the bars at the top and bottom were a little bit wider so the image didn't vertically fill my entire screen area. But all is good now :)
