Why don't my other ROM's show up?

In RetroPie, ROM's don't show up other than for N64. Even the emulators that came with RetroPie, don't show up, even if they played fine before. This is after I updated the Main and Core parts of RetroPie. The ROM's are in the correct folders, and before I updated it all the games and ROM's ran fine. RetroPie and ROM's are the latest version (4.2). The only added emulator is that for the PSP. I am using a Raspberry PI 3 b+. On top of raspbian.

You will have more luck getting help if you provide more info to your problem. For example what version did you update from and what did you update to? also what roms and emulators are you using?

I'm guessing the Parse Gamelists Only mode is turned on.

Go to the menu here:

Then click Other Settings.
Turn OFF Parse Gamelists Only.
