Unable to run ANY RetroPie Configuration Options

I am running the latest version 4.2
Whenever I go to try and run any of the options of RetroPie Configuration I get the following error:
"Unable to install packages required by /home/pi/RetroPie-Setup/retropie_packages.sh - Could not install package(s): lsb-release
I have ran: sudo apt-get update and still no luck.

@SpawnArchAngel package conflict or network issue. What does
sudo apt-get install lsb-releaseoutput from a terminal. -

Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)
