      Hello,
      when I try installing VICE I get the error message:
      "Could not install package(s): makeinfo."
      If I try installing makeinfo with apt-get I get the message:
      "Unable to locate package makeinfo"
      Any suggestion?

      Pi Model or other hardware: 3
      Power Supply used: USB3.0
      RetroPie Version Used: 4.2.3
      Built From: https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup/releases/download/4.2/retropie-4.2-rpi2_rpi3.img.gz
      USB Devices connected: 1x Keyboard / 1x Controller
      Controller used: 8bitdo sfc30 (bluetooth)
