      Hello fellow retro gamers!

I have the latest Pi 3 and the correct AV Cables to connect to my old crt tv. I have 2 main issues with this tho:

      1. vertical jitter (especially on text and ES Frontend)
      2. Resolution or Overscan doesn't seem right

My Raspberry says it displays in 720x480. I think my PAL TV has a lower resolution tho and thats why the picture is being cutoff. I have Overscan enabled. Disabling it doesn't really make a difference

      My Setup:

      Raspberry Pi 3
      AV Cables
Panasonic tx-21ap1c/b - 55cm/4:3 Tube (It says it can display PAL and NTSC in the manual!)

      My config:
      Dropbox Link

Doesn't come across very much unfortunately.. Hope it helps.

(You can see the jitter at 0:23 on the "Arcade" sign)

      Thanks in advance guys!

From the videos it looks like it's just the interlacing flicker. Pretty much the same on my 576i CRT
