I want to test how well my Pi3 can do with GameCube games...

And I was looking at the Dolphin emulator as it has support for ARM...

How can I add it to the system list to test ?
RPi B & RPi 3B OC (Now Raspberry pi 4b 8gb)
Retropie (Latest Stable)

You can't because it will not work even if it compiles properly. Use a PC.
