Shimmering, wavy lines in picture

I am experiencing some kind of shimmering when the screen is scrolling, like wavy lines, almost like some sort of composite shimmer although I am using PI2scart adapter with RGB-scart on my Sony Trinitron. A little hard to explain exactly how I mean but I hope you understand. This problem occurs when I set my own custom resolution and turn integer mode off.
I'm using a Raspberry PI 3, and I have all the latest updates.

No one have any idea? Something to do with hdmi timings maybe? How do I solve this?
