    how do i open my command prompt in retro pi

    my set up raspberry pi 3 v 4.2

        im trying to install psx using the scph1001.bin file and i didnt know how to open the command prompt the video said to press f4 so i did and i got confused so yeah thanks tho

            Usually if you got Network Connection the BIOS folder is shared and you can place file there. If you ask questions here in the forum then read our wiki first.
