      So I have a Pi 3 running 3.6

I tried to pair a new Bluetooth controller (Moga Pro)

But when I go to the Bluetooth menu and select register, it doesn't do anything...

It can go into unregister and display, and I know the Bluetooth works as I am able to use my wireless PS3 no problem...

Is there an alternative way to pair it or fix it?

ah, I hoped there would be a 'solved' in here. haha I have the same problem.

Just get that little blinking dot down to the left, can type but nothing else. No commands work.

You can't use the built in bluetooth stack and the ps3 over bluetooth at the same time currently - when you "install the ps3" using retropie-setup it deactivates the Raspbian bluetooth stack.

@BuZz is it possible to reverse the PS3 without a full reinstall?

@Drakaen391 yes, by removing the p3 controller configuration from the ps3 controller configuration menu (same place where you installed it)
