Hey guys I just bought a rasberry pi3 and I also bought separated a sd card with the emulators and games on it. I set everything up and turn it on I plug in a my PS4 controller nothing happens but I can see the emulators and everything. Then I plug in my USB keyboard hoping to see a mouse and I still see nothing so I can't navigate or anything on the screen. If you could someone could please help me and see if there's a way I can fix it, thanks.

Sadly, you have been taken for a ride. Retropie is free. It's illegal to sell it and it is illegal to sell roms. No support can be offered to third party images. Best to consult the seller for support or re-image the card. Please read https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first, in particular number 5.

@okraiders212121 You might not like this answer, but your best support should come from whomever sold you that SD Card.

It seems like you are ignoring the forum rules which request that you read this first, then provide ALL of the details requested when you ask for help. We have no idea what is wrong with your setup because:

          1. It sounds like you are running a setup on an SD card that was not created here, or it has been modified in ways we cannot possibly know. RetroPie does not come with ROMs. That would be illegal. So, we know by your description that you are not running a known good image.
          2. You don't provide the details from the link above.

I suggest you reimage your SD card using the image from this site, follow the documentation carefully to get setup. Continue reading about controller configuration, and then, come back and ask your question again, but this time provide all of the requested details. Otherwise, friendly folks here will be reluctant to help because we would be wasting our time guessing.
