My retropie works great and I bought a arcade joystick kit and am waiting on the bartop coming tomorrow. http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/302302804634
is the joystick kit I purchased . It looks pretty straight forward fitting the buttons and joystick . But how do I light the leds? . If I have 8 buttons then there is not enough spaces in the usb encoder to light all the buttons as it is taking me 2 spaces in the bottom bit to plug in a button and light one button. Sorry if I'm rambling I'm just totally lost. Thanks for reading .

I solved the problem myself after doing alot of research. I found a 12 v power supply with a molex connector and a set of daisy chain wires that can power of molex and light the leds.
