Okay so I was trying to update but it was just stalling so I went to my mirrors website https://mirror.umd.edu/ and well I put it on http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/ and it was giving the 404 error. So i had to reboot my system since it was taking a long time. Thing is do I have to worry about data corruption now?

@RedBatman probably not, but you won't know until you try to restart, so just boot up and see.

@TMNTturtlguy Well thankfully it was okay, my only irrational is that the mirror I use does go down sometimes, anyway I can check my mirror status or change my mirror in ssh?
