      Hello,

      When using certain highly detailed themes, such as Hursty Blue or Comic Book I am still encountering the dreaded White Screen of Death within Emulation Station. I was under the impression that this had been fixed in a previous update. Are others still encountering this? Please note I have 28 systems displaying - does the White Screen of Death still occur with that many systems?

      Pi Model or other hardware: Raspberry Pi 3
      Power Supply used: 5V 2.5A
      RetroPie Version Used: 4.2.img - updated to 4.2.8 RetroPie-Script. Emulation Station updated to v2.3.2RP
      Built From: RetroPie image 4.2 - fully updated to latest scripts.
      USB Devices connected: Wireless Rapoo T-series keyboard, Hyper X-Savage 256GB USB stick (running roms).
      Controller used: Bluetooth WiiU Pro Controller
      Error messages received: glGetError 0x505 upon closing ES.

      My Pi3 is overclocked and has the following in the /boot/config.txt

      arm_freq=1300
      over_voltage=5
      temp_limit=85
      core_freq=500
      h264_freq=333
      avoid_pwm_pll=1
      v3d_freq=500
      sdram_freq=588
      sdram_schmoo=0x02000020
      over_voltage_sdram_p=6
      over_voltage_sdram_i=4
      over_voltage_sdram_c=4
      gpu_mem_256=128
      gpu_mem_512=256
      gpu_mem_1024=256
      dwc_otg.speed=1
      overscan_scale=1
      dtparam=sd_overclock=72
      dtoverlay=pi3-disable-bt

      My VRAM Limit is set to 150MB within Emulation Station.

      I have tried updating ES through the Binary and through Source, with both giving the same outcome.

      If I've misread this somewhere that the White Screen of Death was fixed, and it is in fact still an issue with that many systems then please disregard this! If anyone has any other suggestions, such as tweaks to my config.txt or VRAM limits then I'd be very greatful :)

      Thanks all!
      David
