      Hi,
I just installed the experimental emulator lr-virtualjaguar and added .jag rom s to the rom folder. Restarted and it does not show up.
      What should I check?

Check to see if /opt/retropie/configs/all/emulationstation/es_systems.cfg exists on your setup.

Edit: Also, please fill out the information found at https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first

The code lines for the Atari jaguar are missing from the es_system.cfg from the path stated above. All my other systems are there.

Where can I copy the correct lines from?

Did you set this image up yourself? If there's no reason you know of for that file existing, then it should be backed up to be completely safe and then removed from that location. After it's been removed and Emulation Station is restarted, the Jaguar system should show up. If there is a reason for it existing there, the Jaguar information your looking to copy can be found at /etc/emulationstation/es_systems.cfg.
