      Hello,

I installed retropie for the first time, and my dell usb keyboard works fine in a terminal, but when I fire up dosbox, the keybindings are so messed up that I must power cycle to get out of dosbox.

Help appreciated to get this working. I'm just trying to use some old DOS abandonware.

      Thanks.

You can change the key bindings by using a mouse and switching to Keyboard binding editor (CTRL+F1)

You can also bind controllers to keyboard

@Hex Unfortunately the keybindings are so distorted that Ctrl+F1 doesn't work, and I see nothing on the screen to click on using the mouse.

@Hex I am not finding that path. I have a .dosbox directory in the pi home directory with a dosbox-0.74.conf file in it.

@msoulier Find the line which has usescancodes=true and replace true with false

Then run dosbox and let me know if the problem persists
