All the colors are inverted

@ortsac I'm using the same microSD card, I reformatted it before re-installing retropie, this is the screen I'm using. And linked below are some pictures of it on July 8th and today.

@leumas_eleets I'm trying to eliminate if the Pi is causing the issue, the driver for this display, or something else....Try to do the following:

Use another display, like a TV with HDMI, for the Pi. Is the color inverted on this other display too?
Use another source device for this display, like a DVD player with HDMI or a computer with HDMI output. Does the display show an inverted color?

@ortsac It's not the display, I've tested it with several PCs and the image was perfectly normal with all of those. I will go test it on different displays and share my results in a few minutes.

@ortsac It works perfectly fine with my TV. The problem now is that I use the display to keep it portable. Is there any solution you can think of or any screen that you would recommend? The thing I don't understand is why had it had no troubles up until three days ago when I did the fresh install of Retroepie. The first two pictures I linked are of the problem that led me to doing the fresh install.

Is there any solution to fix the output onto this screen that had been working with the raspberry pi for over a year or would it be worth getting this if no solution can be figured out on how to fix the Raspberry Pi's output to my current screen? I'm really hoping someone can come up with a solution because I spent almost $70 on this current screen, and I don't want to have to pay another $70 to replace it, especially since I won't have the funds to replace it for a while.

@leumas_eleets According to the manufacturer's website to edit the config.txt file for RP13 as follows:

"The best simple way is add the follow line to the end of the config.txt：
hdmi_group=2
hdmi_mode=1
hdmi_mode=87
hdmi_cvt 800 480 60 6 0 0 0
max_usb_current=1

saved and reboot. "

Have you tried that yet?

Just looking at your pictures, they all show the low power indicator on the screen. What power supply are you using to run the Pi?

@simonster I'm using this battery pack to power it. It always showed that, but it still works. Plus, as I mentioned I have it set up to be portable, I'm just used to it and it doesn't bother me.

@ortsac Thank you so much! Now it is back to normal and it uses the entirety of the screen now.
