I downloaded the BIOS and the new hash file for MAME 0.223 and everything is working!

I am running RetroPie 4.4.4, have about 4 or 5 systems running, and that's about all. UPDATE: Found the issue. The god-forsaken BIOS file was a .md file, I've got it solved.
