Atariage as a decent community for ti99, they've got different methods for converting bin to ctg files

@herb_fargus The file is TI-994A.ctg. I do not know how to check the md5sum for the bios. I tried to follow the tutorial available at Atari Age long before I posted here, but I was unable to navigate some of the steps. Thanks for your help.
