@csocsoi - Thinking of installing RetroPie on Mint 20 myself today, any issues to report? Reasons to use older Mint rev?

@E3L1 Not really, the packages you mention are alive and well on Raspbian Buster and that's not the reason RetroPie doesn't support yet fully the PI4.
Care to share a reference to the quote you posted ?

Please delete this File :

system.sh in : /RetroPie-Setup/scriptmodules/system.sh

and then in command line :

cd RetroPie-Setup sudo ./retropie_setup.sh

Yeah I'm thinking it might just be best to start from scratch and be done with it. I'm just hoping I can put my roms back on it. I do have a back up on my computer but I can't access my roms individually, I'm still learning how this stuff goes but might have to start over on that which is too bad cause I had over 5000 games...
