      I use Tapatalk for all my other forums , is it likely to be available or compatible with retropie ?
      I did do a search first but could only see two other mentions of Tapatalk .
      Thanks

        @hawsey No - https://community.nodebb.org/topic/1882/nodebb-integration-with-tapatalk - and nodebb doesn't need it either (imho).

        Really gone off taptalk in recent years too. Used to be ok, but it's just slow, advert filled rubbish now - and I don't like their profit model. I actually would like to remove it from my other forums (if I find some alternative).

          @BuZz thanks a simple search for Tapatalk didn't find that thread for me.
          Its strange about the adverts as i don't see any adverts but i did pay £ 2 for the app . I only use it on my phone though .
          It would be great to have an alternative though , for Retropie at the moment i wouldn't know if i had a reply to a topic or be notified of a new thread without keep checking on a browser .
          The interface does look great for the forum though even on a mobile , it's just the lack of notifications etc .
          If i worked on a computer all day though i don't think I'd bother with Tapatalk at all ; as it stands , i have no choice and i use it all the time .
          Thanks for the reply .
          No worries
          :-)

            @hawsey it advertises itself when you post etc, but I seem to remember seeing adverts in the app in topics last time I used it (a while ago).

            You can always use something like https://community.nodebb.org/topic/10267/nodebb-webview-app-v3
