      I have changed the output to my hdmi and I am still not getting any sound? Any advice of tips?

        Aside from the missing details above... I'm assuming you've had sound working nicely for a long time and all of a sudden, without any provocation it just stopped? I'm new at this so the first thing I would do is reboot. Then in all seriousness I would check the obvious such as my volume, my speaker cable and/or plugs. Try another output and eliminate either the pi or the external device.

        RPI3, v 3.7 from SD Image, Last update, Bluetooth v1.0, Child-Friendly ES, 3 amp Power Supply, Case w/fan.
