      Hello!

I recently installed RetroPie 3.7 on a Raspberry Pi 1. I am using a usb Logitech Precision Gamepad as my controller. I have no keyboard but am connected to a local network with a WiFi dongle so I can ssh into the Pi.

Here's the issue. The controller is recognized and configured by Emulation Station. The menus work and some games as well, but not everything. More precisely:

Emulation Station: appears to work fine
      Quake: appears to work fine
      Doom: appears to work fine
Duke Nukem: doesn't work (have to reboot)
Super Mario War: doesn't work (have to reboot)
Arcade: doesn't work (have to reboot)
Snes: the Start button works and so does Select, so I can restart the game and also exit but nothing else works

I only tried one SNES and one Arcade game but I tried a couple of emulators with the same results. I also tried setting up the controller directly using the RetroArch configuration (some other discussions mentioned that) but it didn't change anything for me.

Has anyone encountered similar issues? How could I go about fixing this?

Any help you can provide with this matter will be greatly appreciated.
