problem installing berryboot on pi3

Hi All,
Hope someone can lead me in the right direction.
After a day on google and youtube still haven't find my answer why I cannot get Berry Boot image on my pi3. I downloaded retropie-v3.7-rpi2_rpi3-berryboot.img256 file in write this on my SD card. After I put this SD in my Pi3 and reboot nothing happens, black screen. Is it the format .img256 what makes this impossible or an I missing something?I

the retropie-v3.7-rpi2_rpi3.img.gz method works, but the .img256 not.
And I want berryboot because of using retropie and kodi on one SD card...pls help....
