No video Splash screen

When my usb (logitech) controller is plugged in..or my keyboard ...i get no video splash screen i goes straight to emulation station
i read some theries on how to stop /fix this but im very new to this and cant figure out this

@Sp1d3yman Do you boot straight to Emulation Station? What happens if you have no peripherals plugged into the USB ports?

it will show splash scrren if my buffalo controller is plugged in....if anything else...it will not show splash screen
