Asshats selling preloaded RetroPie

Soooo Facebook is currently rife with adverts about these.
Being sold at £130 quid a pop fully loaded.......
Tried reporting to facebook but they are dim.
I've also commented on it multiple times trying to warn potential buyers that A: its illegal to sell these pre loaded with roms and B: they can build it themselves for a fraction of the price and get to enjoy tinkering as they do so. But as expected any comments like this get deleted.
Just thought I'd make you guys aware.

The people selling this particular unit are using Recalbox, not RetroPie. You can tell by the theme in the video they posted.
These people cashing out on this sort of setup are a dime a dozen anymore, there's little any of us can do to stop it. Take one down, 5 pop up in it's place. It's the sad reality, make something nice and somebody else is guaranteed to ruin it somehow.
