Emulator Builds Failing
-
I Have been having trouble installing different emulators from the experimental menu since i installed retropie to a fresh Raspbian image. When i used the retropie sd image i had no problems. Im only a little familiar with linux so i haven't been able to figure out what I've done wrong. i only installed on a fresh raspbian image since i was having trouble getting the sd image on a usb hard drive. Ive got emulation Station running great right now. I have linked the log files. Any help is appreciated

@crazyp it's possible they are missing dependencies that RetroPie has by default
-
Thats an idea i had but i haven't been able to find a list of packages default installed in the retropie image

@crazyp well ideally the needed dependencies should be included with each module so they can be installed by default but the experimental modules are just that: experimental, so sometimes things are missed until they are tested proper. Usually when builds fail I just Google the errors til I find what package is needed.

I figured out how to fix it. Ran sudo apt-get autoremove gcc, then ran sudo apt-get install build-essential
