I've been having the same problem as this guy, but I also can't download any experimental drivers (no desmume for me :/ ). Every time I reconnect the wifi and reboot, I try it again and it does the same "could not resolve host: gitbhub.com" error message in the console. I'm running a raspberry Pi 3 with a 4GB MicroSD card. RetroPie is standalone.

Is it really gitbhub.com or is it a typo? The correct should be github. Are you sure your pi is connected to the internet? That classical
pingon google.com should be enough to ensure you're connected. ;-)
