How to setup different folder with the same emulators.

I want a separate folder for my famicon games. Can I do that with the same emulators that the nes section uses. I just want them separate from the nes folder. Also want to do it with super famicon also. I think mega drive and genesis already does this.

Will this allow the same emulators to show up to? What size does the image have to be?
