      Hi!

      I have problems with noise on the TV when running Retropie. Watch the movie under to see how it is. Its a noise when i am in the menu or a game. It is not there when i am in text based mode, like the audio setup menu. The noise was there the first time i booted the pi with the Retropie sd card. I have tried to set this in /boot/config.txt:

      hdmi_drive=2
      hdmi_force_hotplug=1
      hdmi_force_edid_audio=1
      disable_audio_dither=1

      I am using a LG tv via HDMI. The noise is gone when i switch to the 3,5 mm jack on the pi.

      I am using a Raspberry Pi 3, official Pi powersupply, and have also testet an other powersupply i am using on a other Pi. Tested both HDMI ports om my tv. Running Retropie version 4.2 (latest). Everything else runs just fine, all games work an graphics is just fine.

      Video:

      I hope somebody can help, i realy want sound in my games! :)

              @rolvs Hum noise is usually caused by poor Ground connection or shielding on the cable. In this case the HDMI cable that was replaced.
