Menu stretched on tv as well as games

as title says, my emulationstation is stretched past the resolution its suppose to normally be it. i've never had this problem before.....
It usually fits on my TV and now its going past its borders, for example lets say its set to 800x600 its going like 1600x1200 so im missing a lot of the UI.
When i load a game its doing the same thing... not sure how to fix, or what happened???
Running latest version of retropie, as well as all packages are updated.

Disable overscan options will be your friend.
Send over the content of your /boot/config.txt file.
It'll be either disabling it, enabling it, or adjusting the overscan settings.
