When I see the term ‘No-Intro,’ does it mean that the ROMs don’t have an intro sequence to the game? Can someone please explain what ‘No-Intro’ means in the simplest and most detailed way? I tried researching it, but I couldn’t quite understand it, as the explanations weren’t easy for me to digest. Thanks!

I have the same doubt. I have no idea of what it means.

This is what i found googling it:

No-Intro takes this name from their initial mission of removing introductions added to GBA rom dumps by certain release groups. However, they later changed their goal to curate the best rom image for each game and thus have the closest possible archive for every single game they could get their hands on. If you're looking for a clean, almost 1:1 set for a console, No-Intro is definitely the way to go. These sets do not include bad dumps, overdumps, hacks, or any other types of images.

@edmaul69 You see I know where you copied this from, which I wont say, cuz I will not break the rules from this forum community . I already read it but don't understand it. It would help if you could break it down for me in a most simple way possible.

@martinrdgz there is a group of people who took the team name "no-intro" they took the name because of their original goal of removing the bootleggers intro tagging in gba games. Then they decided to sort the roms for multiple systems removing the garbage and releasing the best romsets available. When you see no-intro it means you are getting a good romset from the group that calls themselves "no-intro"

@edmaul69 Well, hello. So, No-Intro is a group. I Googled ‘Team No-Intro,’ which led me to their website, and that helped clarify the meaning of the term. Thanks, edmaul69!
