I have one after glow Xbox 360 controller and one wireless Xbox One controller that I plug in via USB port. Botha controllers are configured and work on home screen however when I go to play games the after glow is the only one that works in game and the Xbox one controller acts as if it's not even plugged in, the only thing I can do is hit start + select to go back to the home screen. Anyone know how to fix this?

Can you test the controller somewhere else? Hard to know what the fault is.
