Portable Charger RetroPie

I am just curious if i was to get a such as something like this or something like this one how many hours do you think the Pi could run on because my friend wants me to build him a 2 player arcade stick with the Pi built in and was thinking of having the battery inside with a port on the side for charging so all he would need to do really is just plug it into any TV and just start playing you know.
-
I'm not sure how many hours exactly but I imagine you would get at least five if not more.

Depending on quite some variables, but based on: https://www.reddit.com/r/RetroPie/comments/4vwc00/power_consumption_testing_for_a_pi_3_handheld/ at least 20 hours.

@barrymossel Thanks and when i get the whole thing done how much do you think i should charge him because he did say he would pay me for the parts and services on building it for him.
-
@ecks ehm, that depends on you cost. I don't know how much a) time and b) money you will spend on the whole. I would normally would ask cost price or even less, because I like building stuff like this. Especially for friends and family.
-
@barrymossel The cost for the wood, Pi, SD card and joysticks will be roughly 200$ and he said he would be willing to pay more then how much it would cost just for the time i would be spending on making it for him.
