Reporting copyright infringment

Where do we go to report Facebook pages, websites and eBay sellers that are selling RetroPie for profit? On FB the copyright holder would need to report them themselves to get FB to remove the page. Just one look on FB and it's filled with sellers making money of your guy's work. It's a shame and I'd love to do something about it to get rid of these scumbags before they ruin the project and this scene for all of us.
