I am new at Raspberry Pi, I saw there were some old tutorials on how to install multiple joysticks but...What I don't realy understand, some write RetroArch and others Retropie, what is the different?

I got a few different controller that connects to USB like NES-gamepad, AMIGA, PS3, SNES-GAMEPAD.

Is is possible when adding them once just use the one I want without have to reconfigurate everytime? Just plug-n-play?

Also I have some questions about what memory-card is best. I will be using "Raspberry Pi 3 Model B, 1GB LPDDR2, Quad Core ARM Cortex-A53 1,2GHz, Dual Core VideoCore IV multimedia-coprocessor, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth - (Bulk)". The cards I have been looking at (i was thinking om 32gb first, but I think 64gb might be better.

      32GB Sandisk Ultra MicroSDHC UHS-I 48MB/s Class 10
32GB Samsung MicroSDHC EVO Class 10
      64GB SanDisk Mobile Ultra microSDXC Class 10 UHS-I 80MB/s
      64GB Samsung MicroSDXC EVO Class 10 UHS-I

I saw there is a list on what works on raspberry pi, I'm not realy sure what is what cause some is named the same and one say ok and another not ok.

English is not my first language, but I hope you understand, and yes I read the "read this first" and "forum rules". I want to be sure before i buy all.
