@gordonfreemanjr Your kickstart roms need to be named kick13.rom, kick20.rom , kick31.rom
Holy shit. Testing ASAP.

@maxbeanz
Done that. Still nothing. It's getting ridiculous. -

Thanks. Uncapitalized the K's, copied over again, restarted. Still no Amiga emulator.

@gordonfreemanjr why do they have an asterisk * in front of them?

I have noticed that all roms have it, not only Amiga roms (and they work), even those that were there originally (as in: not inserted by me).

@gordonfreemanjr is 'parse gamelist only' turned on in ES options? turn it off if so, and restart.

It's off and 'save metadata' is on.

Any ideas left, guys?

@gordonfreemanjr what files do you have in
/opt/retropie/configs/all/emulationstation

?6 files, 1 folder. Here they are:
-
@gordonfreemanjr you have a custom
es_systems.cfg
there. This overrides the RetroPie one. Delete it and the new systems will show up. You or whoever set this up must have copied it there to customise the systems list. -
And it... WORKS FINALLY, after 8 days! Amiga, Scumm and DosBox have all popped up instantly after restart. Thank you guys. I'd never make it work without your help.
To recap the procedure:
- YES, create the 'amiga' folder if nonexistent;
- NO, do not create amiga lines in the .cfg file, leave it be;
- YES, check the 'retropie setup' section if the necessary emulators are installed, if not - install from source;
- YES, remember the kickstart roms correct placing and filename format;
- YES, move a few .adf's to the 'amiga' folder.

NO, do not create amiga lines in the .cfg file, leave it be;These are unnecessary as they are handled automagically when the emulator is installed from the setup script
And installing from source is generally not recommended if binaries are available
