Wii U Pro Controller broken?

Hi everyone,
i have Wii U Pro Controller (not original, china) and when trying to connect via bluetooth no devices are found. But this controller is also not found from my other bluetooth devices, like tablet and mobile phone.
Maybe the controller is just broken? -
@Tesla6 Some people have had luck getting them to connect via bluetooth, but others haven't and bought a Mayflash adapter to get them to work:
