Running games from USB, specifically Daphne.

Hello all, fairly new here. Did a search and didn't really find anything to help me with this issue. Been running Retropie for some time with no issues. Recently needed more space so decided to move my games to a usb stick instead. Everything works fine except Daphne games do not show up, all the rest are fine and all my Daphne games work fine from the sd. If someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks.
