      Hello ppl!

My first post here, glad to join the forums and the retropie community!

On to my problem as I've searched and didn't find someone with the exact same problem:

I've managed to connect my bluetooth gamepad a GEN GAME S5 and the keys work after I've mapped the input. Now, as I leave my retropie on 24/7, the gamepad is switched off at some point and then I switch it back on, it connects ok, but the keys are not responding. Indeed, input menu does not detect any joypad although it seems connected (shows as connected at the bluetooth menu as well). What I have to do to get it working again is go to bluetooth menu, remove it from the registered devices and re-register it.
Trying to solve this I've tried all connection modes to no avail. I've also tried the udev rule and 8Bitdo hack on or off (although it's not an 8bitdo). Dunno if it's relevant at all, but my usb joypad is always recognised correctly. Any thoughts?

      Thx in advance!

      Here's my info:

      RetroPie Version Used 4.2
Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website
