I have Retropie 3.6 and am trying to run Famicom games. I have the DISKSYS.ROM in the ROM directory and rebooted. However, it still will not open the Famicom emulator. What am I doing wrong? NES and Genesis work fine. Is there a log file I can look at or what directory does the bios file need to go into? I'm familiar with Linux, not a pro by any means, but familiar enough so I can do whatever is needed. Please give me some suggestions.

I was able to get it working. I created a copy of DISKSYS.ROM to disksys.rom. Linux is so touchy with the case sensitivity ;)

Thank you for looking. In the future, what logs are useful to look at to help troubleshoot such issues?

          Thanks again!

@davebtiller generally just read the documentation first as requested here and it will answer the majority of your questions before you have to ask:

            https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first

The logs vary depending on what the issue is so it just depends.
