So after a couple of weeks playing around with Advmess and Beebem and with a lot of help from forum members, I got the BBC Micro emulated. However, using advmess 3.4, I can't get Elite to start. The chain command produces a file not found error. Beebem works but there is no sound. Has anyone got Elite to work with advmess and, if so, how please? Is there something special that needs to be done?

        Hi.
I can run it in advancemess using the *RUN command:

        *RUN ELITE

But the game is unplayable as the function keys are used by the emulator so don't work in-game.

@chipowski Thanks. I used to have it working with CHAIN LOAD. Now it doesn't, but I'll try with RUN ELITE instead.
