Australian Company registers Retropie as a Trademark

Hi All
An Australian Company today received approval to use the name Retropie as a trademark here in Australia (also possibly other countries?)
Subsequently they have gone vero wild on ebay and forced many of their competitors to remove the name Retropie from their listings.
Vero is ebay's copyright watchdog.The company that registered the trademark also trades on ebay, so they are hiding behind ebay policy to limit other sellers from advertising
Retropie on ebay sites. Australian ebay sellers are generally pretty good and only offer the framework installed ie. no games, to avoid any copyright type issues.I'd like to hear from the community here and perhaps seek some assistance to have this trademark opposed and withdrawn so we can all go about

They also tried to register Kodi and appear to have failed or withdrawn their application.
