The topic has been temporarily moved to a hidden area at the request of The Pi Shop for now. They claimed it was defamatory. and that they didn't want us dragged into a lawsuit. I don't agree, but they have agreed to transfer or cancel the RetroPie trademark. We shall see what happens.
