      Hi,

I got a RPi and a USB NES Controller to give my 3 years old his first "computer." I went for NES because there are less buttons on the controller and it seems like a simple enough platform to start gaming at 3. However that feature I wanted (few buttons) is now biting me back because I can't complete the initial RetroPie setup it seems. The handy wizard is asking me to configure more buttons than I have - seems to be made for SNES or MegaDrive controllers.

Is there a way to skip the first time setup, or not bind some of the buttons I won't need yet? I use the latest pre-made image.

@pancrazio It literally tells you. Hold down any button to skip. So instead of just pressing a button hold one down. This will then change to undefined or something and move on to the next.

Doh! I did read the documentation but overlooked this. I checked it again after your answer and you're right, it's definitively there. Sorry, my bad.
