Gday all I appreciate any info and assistance with this noodle scratcher. I've been running my Emulation Station (latest as at Sep 2017) on a R Pi 3. Its been running flawlessly and I've succesfully run games for Arcade, NES, SNES, Neo-Geo and so on. Its been working great. I've also had moderate success with PS1 games....up until a few days ago when I noticed there was no audio at all for PS1 games. No fx. No music. Nothing. It's not an overall audio issue like a 'force HDMI' issue or a audio to speakers issue or a a HDMI cable issue...because all other emus and games are working totally fine. As far as I know all was working fine until I added 'Spyro' and it had no audio. So I checked a few others and yeah no audio for any PS1 games. I've tinkered with gamepad stuff like making the 2nd game pad player 1 in SNES games but thats really about it.
I've trawled through retroarch configs and the psx config to see if I can see anything obvious but nothing jumps out.

I'd be super stoked if anyone has any idea what might be going on here? I don't really want to do a full re-install or even re-install my back up image from a month or so ago because I've added a bunch of games and done a big scrape plus a few controller tweaks.

Any assistance would be very much apprecaited.

@skt For anyone interested and not as tech savvy as others (like me) I deleted everything ffrom the configs/psx foldr and reinstalled the PSX emulator from the Emulation Station - Retropie menu.
          Worked a treat.
