      So my raspberry pi 3 was working fine yesterday, I would turn it on and emulation station would come up and everything was normal, well I just turned it on a few minutes ago and this screen came up and I don't know what to do :( I just wanted to play emulation station

        Hi. It looks like your autostart.sh file is missing. It's the file responsible for automatically booting up emulationstation. You can log in to the pi and manually start emulationstation but you should really look into where your autostart.sh file has gone.

          @zerojay thanks! I will have to look on my computer and see if I can find it then, I'm sire I can find a solution online somewhere

            @bittenpeach Recopying the original file over should fix it.

                @zerojay how do I copy over it? Where should it be located at? Or where can I find it if at all online? I'm not really sure what to do

                    Hi BittenPeach,
                    at the screen on your picture, enter echo "emulationstation #auto" > /opt/retropie/configs/all/autostart.sh. That should recreate your autostart.sh. Enter sudo reboot to reboot the system. It should now boot into Emulation Station like before. Let's hope that's the only thing missing.
