Wouldn't it be nice if we could shutdown our system with 3 button presses? When "Quit" is the first menu item in the main menu and "Shutdown system" is first menu item in the quit menu we can shutdown in 3 button presses. Or make the main menu as a carousel, so if we enter the main menu and we press up, we go to the quit menu item.

@pariziv I rather like the first choice to be Restart ES. I often find myself adding ROMs or making some other adjustment and I need to restart ES and it is handy to have this be the first choice for me.

Obviously, other opinions matter too, I just wanted to make sure there is some voice for status quo. I do like the carousel option though.

That's a terrible idea because it will lead to a lot of people accidentally shutting down their systems.

            We could improve on this:
Press UP to go to the Quit menu.
            You know, wrapped-around menus?!?
